IQ Students – Coventry

The Weaver Place development comprises of 823 student accommodation bedrooms in central Coventry.

The project consisted of three main towers of 20, 11 & 10 stories respectively, with shared amenity spaces to the lower and ground floors linking the accommodation towers. Our package included the installation of fire doors under BM Trada as well as ironmongery, skirtings and window boards throughout.
