Gamma was appointed to deliver the second fix carpentry installation package for the 108 bedroom Travelodge Hotel, alongside structural carpentry works to the adjacent retail units within the wider development.

Our hotel scope included the installation of internal doors and ironmongery, architraves, skirting and window boards across all 108 guestrooms and associated areas. With a large number of rooms to complete within a demanding programme, our site team worked closely with the principal contractor and surrounding trades to maintain progress and ensure a consistent standard of finish throughout.

Alongside the hotel works, Gamma also installed roof trusses and floor joists to several of the neighbouring retail units, adding a structural carpentry element to our overall package.

The project is a good example of Gamma’s ability to provide experienced carpentry teams across both first and second fix works, delivering high volume installations efficiently while maintaining quality and working around the demands of a live construction programme.
