Delivering bedroom furniture across a large scale development is about far more than manufacturing individual items. The real challenge is achieving the same quality and finish across hundreds of rooms while coordinating production, logistics and installation with an ever changing construction programme.

We understand the complexities involved in rolling out high volume bedroom packages at scale. From the first room to the last, consistency is critical, but so is the ability to respond to programme changes, different room types, design variations and site readiness.

Our experience delivering large bedroom packages allows us to plan around these challenges from the outset, working closely with our clients to develop a manufacturing and installation strategy that keeps production aligned with the project programme.

Successful volume delivery starts with getting the product right before full production begins.

Our design and manufacturing teams work together to develop furniture that achieves the required design intent while also considering repeatability, durability, manufacturing efficiency and installation.

Samples and prototypes allow details to be reviewed and refined before moving into volume production, reducing the risk of issues being repeated across hundreds of rooms.

Manufacturing at Scale

Our own manufacturing facility gives Gamma greater control over the complete production process.

Once designs are approved, production can be carefully planned around the project sequence, with quality control maintained throughout manufacture. This allows us to deliver both bespoke and high volume furniture while maintaining consistency across every room.

Our capability covers wardrobes, headboards, bedside units, desks, shelving, TV units, vanity units, storage solutions and complete coordinated bedroom furniture packages.

Programme, Logistics & Installation

Manufacturing the furniture is only one part of delivering a successful bedroom package.

Large developments require careful coordination between production, deliveries and installation. Rooms and floors become available at different times, programmes change and other trades can directly impact when furniture can be installed.

Our project and site teams coordinate closely with the client to manage this process, sequencing deliveries and installation around actual site progress rather than simply manufacturing to a fixed schedule.

This approach helps reduce unnecessary site storage, protects finished products and allows our installation teams to maintain momentum as areas become available.

why gamma

What sets Gamma apart is our ability to manage the complete process from design and manufacture through to logistics and installation.

Our design, manufacturing, project and site teams operate as one coordinated delivery team, giving us greater visibility and control throughout the package.

For our clients, this means one specialist contractor responsible for taking a bedroom package from initial design development through volume production and ultimately into hundreds of completed rooms.

It is this combination of manufacturing capability, construction experience and large scale delivery expertise that allows Gamma to provide consistent quality without losing sight of the programme.
