Echofade Acoustic Panelling is a fully tested, cost effective solid timber panelling system designed to combine high quality architectural finishes with effective acoustic performance.

Proprietary Fixing System: A purpose designed fixing system provides a clean, seamless finish while simplifying installation. The system can also be installed across first and second fix stages, helping to protect finished panels from damage during construction.
Bespoke Configurations: The system can be tailored to suit individual project requirements, with flexibility across panel heights, slat sizes, spacing and overall configuration.
The Echofade Panelling System
Bespoke Timber Finishes: Manufactured from solid timber, the slatted panels are available in a wide range of timber species and finishes, allowing the system to complement the wider interior design and material palette.
Acoustic Diffusion: The slatted configuration helps break up sound reflections and reduce unwanted reverberation, improving the acoustic quality of a space while maintaining an open architectural appearance.
Tailored Acoustic Performance: Slat sizes and spacing can be configured to suit the acoustic requirements of each project, providing greater flexibility in achieving the required level of sound absorption.
Wall Panelling: Designed for seamless integration into wall finishes, the system can achieve up to Class B sound absorption while providing a high quality solid timber finish.
Ceiling Panelling: The system can also be configured for suspended ceiling applications, providing targeted acoustic control for offices, commercial interiors, amenity spaces and larger open areas.

Independently Tested & Verified in the UK
The Echofade acoustic timber panelling system has been tested by Sound Research Laboratories, a UKAS accredited testing facility, in accordance with BS EN ISO 354:2003 for the measurement of sound absorption.
The testing provides verified acoustic performance data, giving architects, designers and contractors confidence when specifying Echofade across a range of applications.
- Class B Absorption (NRC – 0.85): Achieved with a 44mm spacing. Ideal for environments requiring high-level noise reduction, such as open-plan offices, recording spaces, or loud commercial venues.
- Class C Absorption (NRC – 0.80): Achieved with a 22mm spacing. Perfect for standard acoustic control in meeting rooms, restaurants, and reception areas, providing a balanced acoustic environment.
