Gamma was appointed to deliver the full design, manufacture and installation of the specialist joinery throughout the development’s main amenity spaces.

With these areas forming an important part of the guest experience, the package required a high level of design development and coordination to turn the initial concepts into practical, buildable joinery while maintaining the intended look and feel of the scheme.

Working closely with the client and appointed design team, our team developed a range of bespoke elements including the main reception desk, breakfast server, integrated banquette seating and dedicated shop fit out, alongside further specialist joinery throughout the amenity areas.

Each element was developed through our design process before moving into manufacture, with careful consideration given to materials, finishes, detailing and the interfaces with surrounding finishes and services.

Our installation teams then worked closely with the wider construction team to coordinate the works on site and ensure the different elements came together as intended.

The project is a strong example of Gamma’s specialist joinery capability and the value of having design, manufacture and installation managed as one package, allowing us to maintain control of the detail from the initial concept through to the finished space.
