Gamma was appointed to deliver the supply and installation of the internal apartment entrance and communal fire doorsets across this 302 home build to rent development.

Our package covered the complete doorset installation, including door leaves, frames, architraves, seals and associated ironmongery throughout the apartments and communal areas.

With more than 300 homes to deliver, careful coordination of procurement, deliveries and installation was essential to keeping the package in line with the wider construction programme. Our team worked closely with our doorset manufacturing partners and the main contractor to plan deliveries around site progress and ensure the correct doorsets and components were available as each area was released.

Compliance and quality were a key focus throughout the works. Doorsets were installed in accordance with the relevant certification, manufacturer requirements and project specification, with particular attention given to fire performance, acoustics and the correct installation of all associated components.

The project is a good example of Gamma’s experience delivering high volume doorset packages within the build to rent sector, combining trusted manufacturing partners with our own project management, installation and quality control through to completion.
