Gamma was appointed by EQT Capital and Aztec Construction to deliver a comprehensive builders work and finishing package across the development.

Our scope included the design, supply and installation of bespoke shop joinery, together with the supply and installation of internal doorsets and associated ironmongery. Gamma was also responsible for the painting and decorating works, bringing several key finishing trades together within one package.

The bespoke shop joinery required close coordination from the design stage through to installation, with our team developing the details around the requirements of the space and surrounding finishes. Alongside this, the doorset and ironmongery works were coordinated with the wider construction programme as areas became available.

Having the joinery, doorsets, ironmongery and decorating within our scope worked particularly well for the project. It reduced the number of interfaces between separate trades and allowed our site team to coordinate the different elements together, giving the client a single point of responsibility for a significant part of the internal finishing works.

The project is a good example of Gamma’s ability to take on wider multi trade packages alongside our core joinery works, bringing several elements together under one coordinated package from design through to final completion.
